Data Model Upgrade Error ORA-12899: value too large for column "GLOB_COMPILE_TEMP".

Error in Procedure FINISH ORA-12899: value too large for column 



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Business Modeler
    2. Navigate to Data Model > Open Data Model > double click on the active data model > go to Data Model Design screen
    2. Change the name of a level
    3. Upgrade existing model


    This error could occur for table_reorg as well
