TextLoad.log has no Content Under DMW Data Loads "View Output" Tab

Symptoms
From the "View Output" tab in DMW data loads you're not seeing any content in the TextLoad.log, the file can de downloaded but is empty. The issue is only for the TextLoad.log and other log files have content e.g. the Transformation execution log, install log. All is as expected downloading the log file from the "Last Load Results" tab.
