CTM exception seen in the logs (Doc ID 2802436.1)

Symptoms

From the CTM.log the following error messages are seen.

ERROR getValidUserGroups (SQLException) message=ORA-01012: not logged on

ERROR CTM EXCEPTION: getValidUserGroups (SQLException) message=ORA-01012: not logged on

This log also seen and is commonly found when there is a problem with the network connectivity.

ORA-03114 not connected to ORACLE

 CTM in this case did not have the ability to reconnect and had to be manually restarted.  CTM has now been updated so that it will re-connect on it's own if the connection to the DB is lost.
