After Backup and Clearing Application Server Cache Agile Web Client Home Page is not Rendering Even After Providing the Correct Username and Password

On : 18.104.22.168 version, Web client (CS)
Agile Web Client Home Page is not rendering after providing the user login id and password
After providing the user login id and password, Agile Web Client Home Page should show without any issue/error.
Issue is happening in all the browsers.
WHAT IS WORKING:
Launch the Agile Client url - http://localhost:7001/JavaClient/start.html
Log into Java Client as admin, able to login Java Client without any issue.
Previously it was working. but today admin just restarted the services by clearing the server cache folder.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://localhost:7001/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Log into Agile PLM Web Client providing Username and password.
