Symptoms

When attempting to use Agile import webservices, the following error occurs intermittently.

The error happens when a single Product Design eXchange (PDX) file with a Bill Of Material (BOM) is imported on an Item Part Number (IPN) that was just created.

Errors:

- Someone is working on the object
- Object has been modified, please refresh and try again

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import (via PDX) multiple BOM components for different IPN's but the BOM components are the same.
2. Notice the errors.
