Symptoms

RDW batch job prdisdm.ksh fails with unique constraint error.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Run the RDW batch prdisdm.ksh.
2. Notice that sometimes it fails with "ORA-00001: unique constraint (RDWDM.PK_PROD_ITEM_SUPP_DM) violated" error.
