Secondary Spec in Rich Text Is Not Getting Printed (Doc ID 2802730.1)

Actual Behavior

Secondary spec in the rich text is not being printed.
The supporting documents and the rich text information is fetched from the project ReportPlugin\SupplierAcknowledgement\RelatedMasterSpecs

 

Expected Behavior

Secondary spec in rich text to be printed


What Is Working

For master spec attached with secondary it returns the value

Other Details

Tried replacing the dataobjects.dll but the issue is not resolved


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Agile PLM for Process application, go to GSM (Global Specification Management), and select a Master Spec with rich text file in the supporting document
2. Attach the Master Spec to the Primary Spec
3. Print from the Secondary Spec
4. In the printout copy, for master spec-primary page, there is no rich text file being printed out
