Symptoms

When Searching documents by Vendor# is taking close to 4 mins to retrieve the results.

Steps To Recreate :

1. Login to ReIM UI.
2. Navigate to Document Maintenance.
3. Click on Document Search.
4. Enter a Vendor#.
5. Click Search.
