Define Worksheets End Demand-item Name And Order-item Name Are The Same

Symptoms
On 12.2.7, after defining a worksheet and running export to excel, the value for "End Demand-Item Name" is the SAME as "Order-Item Name" which is incorrect.
The value for "End Demand-Item Name" should NOT be the same as "Order-Item Name" as "Order-Item Name" is a component of item "End Demand-Item Name".
Followed steps as per Note 1502914.1: How to Use New Export to Excel Features in ASCP Plans which also shows in the sample output that End Demand-Item Name <> Order-Item Name.
