Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12.0.0.3.0 only, calling PCM_OP_CUST_SET_NAMEINFO to try and update an existing account's information fails and a PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND is returned:

Due to this issue, accounts cannot be updated via direct calls to PCM_OP_CUST_SET_NAMEINFO.
