Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sending asset number in the create asset webservice Request is not working. Currently asset number can be sent only through account onboarding request. Same feature is not available in the create asset webservice request.
API conversion flow, taking the asset number, but auto generate asset number functionality is not working.
SYP_AUTO_GEN_ASE_NBR flag has been introduced, should work for web service request
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should accept Asset Number in Create Asset Webservice
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Asset Webservice Request
2. Check whether we have place holder for Asset Number
3. Create onboarding account web service request
4. Check whether we have place holder for Asset Number
