PFT Application is Missing from Drop Down List After Migration for AAI 7.3.5.3 to 8.0.2

Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.0.2 version, after running migration from 7.3.5.3 for AAI metadata objects, PFT application no longer shows up from drop down list while FTP does still appear.
Both FTP and PFT roles have been mapped to the corresponding user.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFSAA check list of available applications.
