ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading from V10.2.0.39 to V11.3.1.0, the system no longer pulls up PDF versions of Crystal Reports created back in V10.
V11 allows CSV reports to be viewed successfully however, when attempting to view PDF versions...the screen says "refused to connect" and no additional info is written out to the SystemOut.log file.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PDF versions of Crystal Reports created originally in V10 should be viewable in V11.
