The Batch Task Execution is failing (Doc ID 2803479.1)

Symptoms

While running the batches from the UI the batch execution is failing and we can see the below error in the task logs.

Batch task 1(FN_DEL_DATA_FRM_PRCNG) failed for below issue:

FAILED: log_on().OCIERROR: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
