ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When submitting multiple clinical events large number of greater than 1000 events, result takes more than 7 minutes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to take seconds or minute.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OHTR 4.0 environment.
2. Cohort Explorer application -> Cohort List . Select a cohort list that has large number of events (greater than 1000).
3. Go to the events tab. Select multiple clinical events in the left side and click Submit.
