ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When customer is navigating from Cohort Explorer application, select Cohort Query Screen (cohort list (> 4000)) and  Submit, the cohort list takes a long time more than expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Navigating from Cohort Query to Cohort list is expected to pull Large Cohort List in seconds or minute.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OHTR 4.0 environment.
2. Cohort Query Screen
3. Submit. For a large cohort list (> 4000)
4. The count and navigating to the cohort list takes a lot of time, more than expected.
