End Therapy for Vaccine is not Printed on CIOMS-I As Per The Design (Doc ID 2803570.1)

In the Oracle Argus Report mapping Guide for CIOMS-I,  guidelines describe that  ‘For vaccines, print "Not Applicable" for the end therapy date.

If a Product has both drug and vaccine licenses, then ‘Unknown’ shall be printed if there are no therapy dates entered.

However, ‘Unknown’ is incorrectly printed for the end therapy date of vaccine in any case.

i.e.

In example below, there is only one vaccine license and no end date, expected value is to print ‘Not Applicable’ however ‘Unknown’ is printed.
