No result when search by CS real time case with Entity ID or Entity in ECM UI. (Doc ID 2803701.1)

Symptoms

Search by Entity name or Entity ID doesn't show results of CS real time case  in the ECM UI although the case is displayed in the case summary.

Steps to Reproduce :

1) Generate a CS real time case in the Customer screening Real time UI.

2) Log in to ECM UI ---> search the case with either Entity Name or Entity ID.

3) Check the search result.

  

Changes

Fix details:
The Single quotes in the Entity Name was getting replaced as we had a common logic of removing the single quotes from the search data .
So fix is to add 2 single quotes if its entity name so that only one single quotes will be replaced.
