In Multi-Tier Environment Offline Export Objects Screen Is Exporting the Same File Everytime (Doc ID 2803795.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export any object using Offline Migration, the Export Object screen is exporting the same DMP file every time.
There is no error found in FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log from Web server nor SMSService.log from Application (App) layer.


Steps To Replicate:
1  Navigation:  Common Object Maintenance -> Object Administration -> Object Migration -> Export Objects
2. Export appears successful
3. Check in Web Layer /tmp/Objectmigration/conf/ files are there with correct DMP file name
4. Check in App layer  /ftpshare/ObjectMigration/archive DMP file is not there
