ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Demantra Simulation Engine User Interface not ending after Simulation Engine is Stopped

Demantra 12.2.9 running on Linux. When the simulation engine is started from the workflow screen, the count for the Start Simulation engine is set to 1. After the workflow to kill the engine is executed, the count on the Simulation engine stays as 1 but it is displayed in red which indicates that the Start Simulation step has failed. The count was expected to return to zero.

A review of the engine processes on Linux shows that the engine processes on the Linux machine was cleaned up correctly. So in this instance, the workflow user interface is not reporting what is expect.

When the windows engine is executed from the workflow manager, the stop engine process changes the status correctly from 1 to 0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the Linux Engine is stopped, the workflow step that started the Simulation Engine should end and the status should correctly indicate that by changing from 1 to 0

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Start Simulation from the workflow manager
2. Run Stop Simulation Engine from the workflow manager
3. Check the Status of the workflow step that ran the start simulation
