We implemented organization security and we can see orgs and data in the Collections workbench for orgs that are not assigned to this responsibility.
NAV: Advanced Planning Administrator / Admin / Organization Security - Pick Responsibility from the list  - and assign orgs
Then go to Advanced Supply Chain Planning / Collections / View Collected Data
