Unable To Delete a Structure From a Design In Agile Getting Error "The operation did not complete within the stipulated time" (Doc ID 2803970.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to delete structure for design "xxx.SLDASM"
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The operation did not complete within the stipulated time.

FACT

It can take a very long time to open the structure tab for this specific assembly

STEPS

1. Log into Agile Web Client
2. Open the specific Design object "xxxx.SLDASM"
3. Select structure tab
4. From the structure tab select the Design to be deleted
5. Select the More menu > Delete
6. Error "The operation did not complete within the stipulated time"
