Symptoms

On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, ENV - Environment

Dashboard information blanks out.

When a user navigates thru the gas/water SP context menu to view the SP/Meter installation page, the dashboard information blanks out by the system if there are multiple meter configuration records.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. THE INFORMATION IN THE DASHBOARD ZONE DISSAPEARS WHEN AN USER
NAVIGATES through SERVICE POINT CONTEXT MENU TO REVIEW SP/METER INSTALLATION PAGE.
2. ISSUE APPEARS TO OCCUR FOR SERVICE POINTS WITH SEVERAL METER
CONFIGURATIONS.
