SIM Does Not Publish 'StkCountSchMod' to RMS When Unit Amount Product Group is Modified (Doc ID 2804358.1)

Symptoms

When a unit and amount product group that is scheduled in the future is modified, SIM does not publish a StkCountSchMod message to RMS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

SIM should send a StkCountSchMod message after every change in a product group which is scheduled in a future count, so RMS gets updated.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Unit and Amount product group with department 1102
2. Create a schedule for the product group for the next day.

StkCountSchMod message published

3. Change the product group by adding department 112
4. Notice SIM does not send StkCountSchMod message
