P6 Hangs and No Data Displays After Clicking the Tracking Button in P6 Professional (Doc ID 2804361.1)

After clicking the Tracking button the Tracking tab displays blank and the P6 Professional application freezes, requiring the user to end the P6 process via Task Manager.


The Tracking view should load and display data within a few seconds.

  1. Launch P6 Pro and open a project.
  2. Click Enterprise > Tracking.
  3. Observe the reported behavior.
