Symptoms

D7-MeterReadResponseScalar - WSDL schema in MDM2.3 causes issue when request has multiple Tier Nodes

Clients issue with the D7-MeterReadResponseScalar IWS seems to be due to the tier field being set to group but the input request being sent is a list.

When comparing the WSDL and schema of D7-MeterReadResponseScalar business object in 2.1 Prod environment and 2.3 Dev environment. The tier field is set to LIST in 2.1 Prod environment and this is why there is maxOccurs="unbounded" in the Prod’s WSDL. However, in the 2.3 Dev environment, this field is set to GROUP.

Workaround: Temporary fix for UAT to update the Tier node from Group to List

Expected behavior is that the Tier node is able to consume the incoming request.

ERROR
-----------------------
Input request has 4 nodes for (tier). Only one is allowed.
