Symptoms

Attachment and comments section is not working for the newly modified pmf

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Open TF alert summary page

Step 2 : Try to Attach and delete the file in alert

Step 3 : Check the file can be attached and able to delete after attach.

Expected result :

Attachment and delete should be allowed even for new status.

Actual result :

Attachment and delete is not allowed for new status.

Issue Encountered :

User unable to do delete or attach the documents.

Changes

 PMF configured with new status.
