Symptoms

Product tab in Argus 8.2.3 shows VBS error and causes user interface to crash

After migration to Argus 8.2.3 the user interface shows the following VBS error:

"Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'
Object required: '[undefined]'
/CaseForm/Product/CF_ProductInfo_inc.asp, line 240"

i.e.


The product tab shows a white section above the case data (see above) and the user interface freezes.

After closing the browser window the case opens without issues as long as the product tab is not opened.
