Slee_acs Core Dump During Shutdown (Doc ID 2804566.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.2.0.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Consider there are multiple slee_acs instances running for various different tasks and it is observed that one particular instance of slee_acs is core dumping during shutdown.

This particular one is responsible for Self Care operations, and the Short message Service (SMS) Notifications loop-back.

Backtrace of Core Dump:


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
slee-acs should not dump core during shutdown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Start SLEE
2. Run one self-care operation which uses a Control plan which has an Accept Node -> Extract Content Node -> Text Content Branching Node -> DDS -> End Nodes.
3. Stop SLEE
4. Check if slee_acs process is dumping core.
