Questions Regarding the Upgrade to FSDF 8.1.1.1.0 (Doc ID 2804664.1)

Question 1: While using OFSAA_FSDF_8.1.x.x_Upgrade_Guide.pdf, reviewing Section 2.5.2.1 Step 4 and 5, cannot find the mentioned MDBPublishExecution.sh.  Where is this utility?
 
Question 2: When the Impacted_Objects.xlsx is output, will this list all the Tables and Columns that will be removed?
 
Question 3: How to run the DM Analysis tool?

When trying to run against the DM_CHANGES.xlsx,  the following error appears.  Is there a step missing?
