Slow Processing Time On Docfactory Job Status 411 (Doc ID 2804665.1)

Symptoms

We noticed a major degradation on the processing time on jobs sent to Docfactory. The avg processing time now is 16 seconds. Previously it was around 4 seconds on a load of 50 jobs per minute.

If we send a single job it takes around 1.6 seconds, the same time as before. The problem arises when multiple jobs are sent, it seems that the processing is not being done in parallel anymore.

We didn't make any changes to the environment and We tried restarting the entire docfactory, but it didn't help.

It seems to be related to the Presenter process, because the status where the jobs gets stuck longer is 411.
