Symptoms

In Rate Management, when creating a Hybrid Interest Rate Code (IRC), when you edit it for a 2rd time, the Hybrid Term Structure Weights are not loaded to the screen.

When you edit the Hybrid IRC for the 1st time, the Hybrid Term Structure Weights appear as expected.  However, when you close the UI and re-open it, the screen opens to the "Attributes" screen.  When you select the "Hybrid Term Structure" tab, the Hybrid Term Structure Weights are not displayed.

The Hybrid Term Structure Weights do exist in FSI_IRC_HYBRID_STRUCT_WEIGHT.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Hybrid IRC
2. Hybrid Curve Type = Merge and select two IRCS
3. Click Apply
4. Enter values for Hybrid Term Structure Weights
5. Click Apply
6. Click Save

7. Re-edit the Hybrid IRC

At this point, you can see the Hybrid Term Structure Weights

8. Cancel
9. Re-edit the Hybrid IRC again

The Hybrid Term Structure Weights no longer load.
