SIM Outbound Stock Count FDETL Record Contains Non-Numeric Inventory Quantity

Symptoms
SIM produces the stock count file outbound to RMS that contains an item with a non-numeric value that fails in RMS with the following error.
ERROR
----------
"The stock count specified records in the field FILE_RECORD_COUNT in the SVC_STKUPLD_FTAIL for stock count 2276 with process ID 213 does not match the number of records from the the table SVC_STKUPLD_FDETL"
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Product Group of Type Unit and amount.
2. Schedule the product group by creating a scheduler.
3. Extract Unit and amount stock count using base batch.
4. Count the item using 6 digit number and 7 digit number.
5. Authorize the count and check STK file QTY which will be different from authorized qty.
