Alert is getting generated with clean status though the matches are all in the Good/White-List

This still required Analyst and Supervisor to investigate and close the case following the workflow which is a manual and tedious job.

Steps to reproduce :

1) Add a Good/White-List match record as per TF user guide.
2) parse a message with a Good name and address match
3) Alert generated with clean status

Current behavior : Alert is generated with clean status for a Good/white-List match.

Expected behavior : Alert itself should not be generated for a Good/white-List match.
