There is a policy validation that is responsible for modifying a policy enrollment start date based on a group client field.  The same policy validation should add a time validity dynamic field based on the same info.

When we are creating the policy the policy validation works as expected. But when the policy already exists and we try to update it, the policy validation rule appears to be considering the dates from old version instead of the data modified by the validation rule.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) create a date dynamic field at group level
2) create a time valid dynamic field at policy enrollment level
3 create a policy validation rule that reads the date field from the group and updates the policy enrollment:
start date = group date field
end date (group date field + 10 days)
time validity dyn field : (any value, start date and end date which are inside the range of the policy enrollment)
4) send a policy thru API with enrollment start and end date before the date indicated in the field.

The policy should be updated with the dates configured in the policy validation. Then send the same policy again.
