On : 12.2.9 version, Inventory Optimization Planner 64-bit Linux
When attempting to run an IO plan, Inventory Optimization Planner 64-bit Linux
the following error occurs.

/jv61/app/applmgr/ebsr122/fs1/EBSapps/appl/msr/12.0.0/bin/MSRNWL64.exe
Program was terminated by signal 11
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the application.
2. Run IO Plan.
3. See that the plan fails with above error.
