Symptoms

When starting the AutoVue server, the following error occurs in the AutoVue server log:

Error:

Unable to get server : <machine_name>.<domain_name>:<port>

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start the AutoVue server.
  2. Open the AutoVue server log (<AutoVue Install Directory>\bin\Logs\log4j-roll.log).
  3. Notice the error in the log.
