Symptoms

Analyze Plan Partition is failing with ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server

This started happening on daily basis since last week

**SQL error and free**18-AUG-2021 09:04:10
ORACLE error 12801 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P006, instance xashe1p-vgtgc2:vcpprod2 (2)
ORA-08103: object no longer exists
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_STATS", line 2919
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_MA18-AUG-2021 09:04:10

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
NAV: ASCP / Supply Chain Plan / Launch - pick plan name and submit
Analyze plan partition is one of the last requests in the set
