Customer 360 Customer Activity History logs error if customer has Credit or Cash Only Rating History
The Customer Activity History logs an error on the portal itself, if the customer in context has a credit or cash only rating history.
This is caused by the missing data areas (F1-DateTimeFormattingService and F1-GetLookupDescription) in script C1CusActHist.
After this is resolved, there is another issue with when the credit or cash only rating history does not have an end date.
The code assumes there is always an end date to populate the secondary message with the expire date.
Exception occurred calling serviceName: C1CusActHist-S-ServiceBean
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
The portal for Customer Activity History encounters an error if the Account has a Credit/ Cash Only Rating History entry.
-Ensure Account does not have any credit rating history.
-View the Account in Customer 360. Page works fine.
-Add an entry in the Account’s C&C tab. Ensure there is an End Date.
-View the Account in Customer 360. Page encounters the error.
