An InForm Discrepancy is created with a blank tag.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It would be expected that the discrepancy tag to be set to a value indicating its current status.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a Validation Check that will create discrepancies for InForm.
2. Verify the generated discrepancies.
