List details information not showing in tf alerts ui related to a external factiva BIC (Doc ID 2805511.1)

Symptoms

list details are not displayed only for BIC data

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute download prepare and load bic data 

Step 2 : Check data is present in fsi_rt_list_data for BIC 

Step 3 : Post swift message and check for bic data in list details section.

Expected result :

BIC data must be loaded in fsi_rt_list_data table and value must be displayed in list detail section.

Actual result :

BIC Data is not loaded in table and displayed null values.

Issue Encountered :

No BIC is loaded in fsi_rt_list_data table.

Changes

Run profile has been configured for pre prod environment recently.
