Unable to parse tag 3100 for BTR1600 in TF (Doc ID 2805513.1)

Parser issue encountered while posting the below message

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post BTR1600 Swift message through sanctionspost.jsp

Step 2 : Check for alerts in TF alert summary section

Step 3 : If no alerts generated then check in rtiserver log for errors.

Expected result :

Alert must be generated after posting the message

Actual result :

No Alerts are generated and encountered below issue.
