Dragging Calls From Trouble Info Can Crash The System

Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace
Dragging one call created through "Create Predicted outage" on the viewer into another similar call crashes the system.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- System should not crash when doing this.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Navigate to a Non-outage event on viewer that has at lease one customer call and clue code visibile on the viewer 2. Select a near-by device and create a Non-outage event 3. From the non outage event, select the Phone icon (call symbol) and drag it to another non-outae event symbol on the viewer that has an existing customer call 4. NMS will go offline
