Symptoms

CaptureInteraction & ProcessInteraction doesn't identify the Service Configuration level characteristics.

If one print BusinessInteractionItemType object in ruleset configured on AutomateConfigure then configuration level chars are missing from the XMl fragment but Config Item level chars are there.
