On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, Framework
Pending Bills with Bill After date is not completing
Account has been created with a pending Bill usage calculation stopped due to awaiting actual read (this is custom and this is okay),
However, the user-added with a bill after the date. this is also okay
but, when running UTCDN (usage transaction calculation batch to process the actual read) it is supposed to complete the bill even with the presence of bill after the date...but in C2M there is a base error raised saying "The Bill After Date of the account is after the cut-off date" 6, 13715
Is this normal behavior?
