Role Fields Disappear And No Role Option To Choose From, Upon Hitting Validation

Role fields disappear and no role option to choose from, upon hitting validation via Also As feature. While trying to add roles like Annuitant, Beneficiary, Custodian etc. having an Option to select from RoleOption Rolefield via dropdown using Also As feature , if you do not select the option and add, you get a correct validation message. In order to remove the validation achieved when you try to choose an option, the rolefields no longer appear in the screen and you have to add the role all over again.
The Role fields should appear to allow us to choose the role option
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to OIPA UI
1.Click Maintain Roles Screen for any Policy.
2. Click on Owner Role
3. Go to Also As and try to make the same client as Custodian. You can add any role which has a RoleOption role field to choose from.
4. Click on Add without choosing anything from the RoleOption dropdown.
5. When you click on add without selecting an Option from dropdown, correct validation message appears asking us to choose an option. However, the role fields are not available anymore and the fields to choose an option is lost.
