RoleScreen - Fields In Role Detail Section Keep Refreshing. (Doc ID 2806046.1)

On : 11.3.0.1 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

RoleScreen - Fields in Role Detail section keep refreshing. For Roles like Owner and Payee when you try to enter the information in the Role Detail section on the Role Screen, the system seems to be in a loop and the changes are reset. For example changing the withholding Address on a Payee role makes the screen loop from Alternate to Mailing. This happens when adding a new role or updating information on an existing role.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Role detail screen should not refresh on it own

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1:
Go to the Maintain Roles screen.
Add new client: Owner or Payee etc
Try edit a role detail field (for example withholding address radio box)
The system goes into a loop

Case 2:
Go to the Maintain Roles screen.
Edit information for an existing client: Owner or Payee etc
Try edit a role detail field (for example withholding address radio box)
The system goes into a loop
