Account VAT Exemption is not Working with Opcode PCM_OP_CUST_SET_TAXINFO (Doc ID 2806111.1)

Symptoms

Account value-added tax (VAT) exemption is not working as expected while the user is trying to add exemption array using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_SET_TAXINFO.
There is no error being returned, but exemption array is not being inserted into Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) table.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Exemption should be added to account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for an account with no VAT certificate and no exemption
2. Set the VAT certificate number using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_UPDATE_CUSTOMER
3. Add this account under exemptions using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_SET_TAXINFO with below input flist
