Symptoms
The GL Cross-Reference upload that validated the GL segments with ERP Cloud (CFIN) did not save the CCID when Oracle Retail Financial Integration (RFI) returned it. Find that in the package CORESVC_FIF_GL_CROSS_REF the CCIDs for debit and credits were not being stored in the FIF_GL_CROSS_REF table,
