MetaSolv Custom Attribute Dropdown List

Requirement
 
We  have two custom attributes:  ISF Provider Name and  ISF Service Name . which  have to be related .So, based on the drop down value of ISF Provider Name corresponding ISF Service should be reflected in MSS .


NOTE :We are adding drop down values using tbs utils  UI .
